What does the update of being a full retail site mean?

This means that all items that are listed on the website as available are completed items and ready to ship!

 

When will my item ship?

Your item will ship within 1-3 business days.  We ship USPS Priority Mail which should take 1-3 business days. (Please allow additional time due to USPS shipping delays due to Covid-19)

 

Can I return an item?

All sales are final. However, if there is a defect or damage that we are responsible for we will work with you to make it right. We want our customers happy!

My item was damaged during shipping, can I get a replacement?

All items are  carefully packaged for protection to the best of our ability and are also insured. Once your package has been scanned by the postal service for shipment, any claims or disputes will have to be handled between the purchaser and the shipping company. If your package is delayed, damaged or lost during shipping, 9TwoFour is not responsible and will not be able to issue a replacement.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Several times throughout the year we offer various promotions.  Sign up for our email list and follow us on social media to be the first to know!

How do I care for my bag?

Please follow the instructions included for your specific bag.  We do not suggest putting your bag in the washing machine as it will distort it's shape and you may not be able to return it to its original composition.  We recommend to spot clean with a mild detergent and let it air dry.  You may choose to spray your item with Scotchguard upon receiving it to assist in protecting your bag from stains.
