Shipping Information

WE SHIP VIA USPS AND DUE TO COVID-19, PLEASE EXPECT DELIVERY DELAYS!!

With the exception of custom orders, items will be shipped within 48 business hours.  For custom orders and pre-orders please reference your specific order for shipping time frames. You will be notified in any instances outside of my control that impact these time-frames. 

Refund Policy

Due to the pandemic and safety of all parties involved, I am unable to accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, reach out to me within 3 days of receipt of your items and I will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of my ability. This includes items that arrive damaged and will be handled on a case by case basis.

All packages are shipped with tracking info. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, Please contact your local post office. Unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund in the instance that the post office is unable to locate the package.

Please ensure that the proper shipping address is provided to alleviate any delays in delivery.
